So, here we go. I'm kind of surprised that I'm excited about this.
Moments I'm afraid I'll forget including but not limited to Addison waking up screaming at 2 a.m. last night. When I got her out of her crib, she immediately stopped screaming, looked at me and said, "Hi, Mom, what happened?" Apparently, she was an innocent bystander and had no idea what all the fuss was in her nursery in the middle of the night.
Then, we spent the next two hours in my bed with me sleeping and her making a giant mess. She emptied the hair supply drawer all over the bedroom and put all of her books and dolls in bed with us while I was sleeping. She must have been like a little elf running all over the house. She is so adorable, and she gets away with murder because of it.

Other moments I don't want to forget...Alex yesterday. She is so funny. We were helping chalupa find her doll stroller in the basement (of course--we all know it's an emergency when anything doll related gets lost,) luckily found it. So, Alex says to me, "Here, I'll take the stroller, you carry the doll upstairs, but don't look in her eyes." What? "Doll eyes, don't ever look in them. They will creep you out. Look--she's just blank. It's horrific." Hilarious. And, also, strangely true. How did I never notice that before?

Okay, so here we go. We'll see how often I actually post, but I have high hopes. I really don't want to forget the day-to-day of our little family.
