MLK Weekend at the Living Planet Aquarium

I will be honest about the fact that this was an attempt to salvage a pretty lame MLK weekend.  Highlights included hours of TV, hours of fighting and eating hot and ready pizza for more meals than I'd care to admit.  

At least Darren and I got away to Forage for our anniversary on Saturday night.  It was pretty good, almost as good as all the hype would lead you to believe.

The aquarium was fun but crazy crowded.  Addison ran around like she was hyped up on Mountain Dew and pixie sticks a la Toddlers and Tiaras, but we still had a great time.

I think the highlight of the trip was seeing the brand new otters.  Best moment of the day?  I was trying to point out the otter to Addison (their enclosure is quite large,) and explained to her that it looks like a cat or a dog.  She looked right at me and said, "No, looks like otter."  Apparently her IQ has officially surpassed mine!
