Happy New Year's Eve

We had such a fun New Year's Eve.  It started with Darren taking Davis and Brynn to Boondocks (sorry, no pix) while I took Alex to the new teeny-tiny skating rink at Harmon's.  She loved the chance to try out her new skates and show off her skills!

We went home and had fondue (pretty gloopy) and butter poached lobster (gross because I didn't clean out the lobster tail well enough-live and learn.)  The chocolate fondue was undeniably the hit of the night.  We also had a ton of fun playing Mexican train dominoes with Uncle Scott.

I didn't get any pictures of us ringing in the new year but for some reason took this picture of Addison.  Well, it wasn't for some reason.  It was because who would have guessed that rust corduroy skinnies with cargo pockets would be so cute?
